  • 7 am: A private one-hour blue light session helps reset your circadian rhythm. Relax with your book or tablet as the energizing glow signals your brain “it’s morning”.
  • 8 am: A restorative breakfast featuring our signature “Only Smoothie You’ll Ever Need” and the daily-themed full breakfast buffet at Kilimanjaro Kafé.
  • 10 am: Calf massage, acupressure, and mindful breathing teach your body to release tension on command.
  • 12:30: Lunch at Route 66, All-You-Can-Eat and All-You-Can-Drink (standard alcoholic beverages and fresh fruit juices and shakes). However, we still recommend cutting sugars and starches.
  • 2 pm: Skinful Pleasures 60-minute therapy, a Plantation Bay original. It’s not a massage, it’s a mother’s caress.
  • 3:30 pm: Float effortlessly in a private isolation tank — salt-rich waters cradle you in silence and darkness. Time blurs. Your mind quiets.
  • 5 pm: Progressive Muscle Relaxation. Personal Sleep Trainer discusses more techniques for restful sleep. Brief Red-light session to signal your brain that it’s sunset, simultaneous with 10 minutes of mild exercise.

Days 3–6: Deepening the Transformation

Each day layers new practices, alternating massage therapies, guided mindfulness, spa rituals, and thoughtfully curated evening wind-down routines — from brief journaling to guided release exercises — allowing the mind and body to settle more deeply each night. By midweek, many guests report their first dream-rich sleep in years. By Day 6, you’ll know exactly how to continue this new rhythm at home — armed with practical tools, a white-noise device, and an unshakable sense of calm.


Day 7: Farewell to Sleeplessness

And because we believe in this program: if by 11 am of Day 3 you choose not to continue, you may cancel and get a refund (less just US$ 800 for the two nights). We will of course ask you why so we can serve future guests better; but we will respect your decision, help you rebook at any other hotel in Metro Cebu, and take you there for free.
